We spent Easter in a lovely hotel that had a great view of a waterfall. the outdoor onsen was a major highlight of the trip, allowing us to enjoy the view even more. the spacious and cozy room provided an unforgettable stay. the hotel's location was perfect, letting us bask in the beauty of nature.
The hotel's customer service could be improved as they did not respond to our email regarding transport. This left us feeling nervous when trying to locate the hotel after getting off the bus.
